SHE - Women's Ministry

Our SHE ministry is women encouraging women to become fully transformed followers of Jesus Christ.  Join us for uplifting conversation, support, learning and fun.  Our Bible studies are offered in the fall and spring semesters .  MOPS operates the same way, though our SHE Book Club and our Heart Art ministry both run through the summer months.

Morning Edition

Bible study for women on Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 am.  Childcare is provided for a small fee.  Contact Beth Funk at 787.1446 ext 214 or bfunk@hope-church.ws.  Beginning January 19, 2012 we will offer Shirer's Discerning the Voice of God, followed by Beth Moore's new study on James.

Evening Edition

Bible study for women on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  Two groups are offered--a book study and a video-driven study.  For more information or to register, contact: Beth Funk at 787.1446.214 or bfunk@hope-church.ws.  Beginning January 17, 2012, our video-driven study will be Beth Moore's new study on James.

MOPS

MOPS (Mother of Preschoolers) ministers to the hearts of mothers of children from infant to 5.  Our MOPS group meets monthly in the morning. For more information about this ministry, please contact Mandi Miller at 725-9583.

Heart Art

Fridays, 5:30 p.m. - 12 a.m., meets once a month

Our purpose is to provide a fun atmosphere where Hope women of all ages and walks of life can gather together to socialize and work on their favorite crafts, including scrap booking, stamping, sewing, jewelry making, knitting, cross stitching and more! We also have resources available for those who would like to learn a new craft. We provide pizza, soda and hourly door prizes! Our goal is to help women of Hope get to know one another as well as provide an opportunity to reach into the community and invite friends to Hope.  Check the information center for a schedule, or contact Amy at amy@theclosetguyinc.com.
