LEAP is a ministry for college and career folks, age 18-30ish. Singles & Couples are all welcome.
 Meet other LEAPERS in the LEAP LOUNGE every Sunday morning at Hope from 10:20-10:45 a.m. in Community Room #1.
Starting Sunday, October 11 at 6 p.m. , LEAP LIVE will meet once a month at Hope. (Nov. 8, Dec. 13) The evening will includes live music, social interaction, a short presentation on a relevant topic to the age group, discussion, food, coffee.
Currently LEAP offers two small group options:
Character of God & Vision for Our Lives: Led by Kristin Abbey beginning Thursday, Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m. The group meets every week. Couples & singles welcome. 5425 Old Jacksonville Rd. Springfield, 217-220-0879.
Open Table by Donald Miller: Led by Sue Brinner for gals only who are new to faith, confused about their faith or unsure about this whole God thing. Beginning Wed. Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m. , the group meets every other week. 2105 Disar Dr. Springfield. 217-741-3147. Donald Miller is best know for his book, Blue Like Jazz.
Hayrack Ride & Weiner Roast: Friday, Oct. 30 at The Farm, 6:30 p.m. Directions at www.visit-thefarm.com or caravan out from parking lot of Flowers With Love (Vet. Pkwy & Jefferson) at 6 p.m. You bring hot dogs, buns, chips, soda, hot dog cooking sticks, lawn chairs. We'll provide hot cider, baked beans, smores, condiments, plates, cups & utensils. Neat gift shop, beautiful gardens and stars that shine brighter in the country!
Those new to the ministry are invited to attend services at Hope if they don't have a home church.
