Why Consume?
Consume (formerly Harvestland Conference) is a two day conference desigend to engergize and recharge Children's Pastors and their volunteers. Originally designed just for the Harvestland staff, it has grown to a regional gathering of leaders.
The idea of Consume was born out of Joshua 1:1-9 with a focus on verse 8. God calls us to study his word continually. Meditate on it day and night. He wants it to CONSUME our life. In 1 Thessalonians 5:17, we are called to "pray without ceasing."
Our sessions, led by innovative and successful Childrens Pastors and leadership development gurus, include guided discussion and interactive speaking to equip you with practical processes to apply in your ministry. Get connected with leaders that offer years of experience with the right tools for any job. Let the Holy Spirit renew your mind as we end each day together in worship, prayer, and the Word. Everyone will have the opportunity to walk away each day equipped, connected, informed and inspired to come up with your own ideas, determine what makes a good idea, and create a process to make good ideas into good solutions.
